Handle error in TemplateFoundation.WebControls.PropertyControls.PropertyStringControl.Render

If the Controls is empty or doesn't contain any controls, this will cast an exception of type: ArgumentOutOfRange exception. Since this is relatively hard to handle in the .aspx page, I'm not sure if this should be handled in the control.
What I mean is that a check if the Controls Array is empty or contains 0 items, then perhaps return or only use base.Render(writer).
Without the source code, this error is really hard to find and find the source of.
